SPARCAS desires to assist women by providing them with services that will build their families’ characters, restore their spirits and empower their lives. We generally focus our efforts on single mothers, but we are open to applications from any woman. Those interested in applying for assistance must have a genuine desire to better themselves. Our projects are designed to aid and support you, so you can find a way to renew your life.

You must meet all eligibility requirements as listed below to be considered for aid. Once you have completed the form, you must submit it and all other required items (see instructions on form) to SPARCAS, 4224 Evan Brooks Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70814. All applications must be mailed. No e-mail requests will be accepted.

1. Applicant must be a female who is not affiliated with Slumber Parties, Inc.
2. Applicant must currently hold a job.
3. It is preferred, but not required for applicant to be a mother with children living in her home.
4. A complete application form along with most recent tax return must be submitted to SPARCAS.
5. Applicants are requested to create and submit a videotape to accompany form as described in the application (optional).
6. Selected families must be willing to have a face-to-face interview with SPARCAS volunteers prior to the commencement of their project.
7. Applicant must agree to the terms as stated in the Acknowledgement portion of the application form.
